What to do if Let's Encrypt fails? Follow
When a new domain is engaged on the Section platform, very occasionally the Let's Encrypt central servers (outside of the Section platform) will not create a certificate.
If repeated attempts fail within a short period of time, Let's Encrypt rate limits the account, which will prevent certificate creation for the duration of the rate-limiting.
If a domain is engaged on the Section platform, and then a new Let's Encrypt certificate is not created, it's best to wait for a period of a few minutes before trying again.
To check global DNS propagation you can use a free web tool like WhatsMyDNS https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/www.section.io
